This book has sold over 5 million copies worldwide and has been translated into more than 50 languages. This book is for the person who is suffering from a lot of bad habits and wants to break them. Author James Clear gives valuable bits of advice in this book on how to make good habits.

He stated how these small changes can help you in the long run. With some scientific proof and with the help of Olympians sportsmen, physicians from all over the world, and some of the business tycoons, he made a case study, and in that he advised us to leave those toxic habits and adopt a more desirable one. He explained that for some sudden pleasures we change our habit and then we realize it, we are so addicted to it, our body made those habits as a system, and it's hard to leave them quickly.

Here eat that frog means just do it, according to a study most youths have problems in tackling the problem of procrastinating, they do everything in their imagination and then they realize most of the time is wasted in just thinking, so according to the author here, the frog eats them, after reading this book you’ll stop procrastinating all day.

He advised you to define your goals and write them down. Divide it into small tasks and then prioritize your work for eg. If work is your priority then complete that one first and then your second priority may it be spending time with family friends etc., apply the 80/20 rule given in the book, schedule the time for your task, and at that specific time focus only on completing that one task only.
